We ordered two burgers and the Chili Cheese Fries for delivery a while ago. It took over an hour to deliver and when it arrived the food was really really cold. The chili cheese fries were extremely sour, ice cold and therefore unfortunately not enjoyable. The burgers were mushy and the patty was full of gristle. I've never had such a bad meal in Mainz. We still know the burger shop from its beginnings and the place is definitely not the old one. I would not order here again.

We ordered a chilli cheese fries to take away yesterday. There was nothing going on in the store and there was only one person in front of us who had ordered the same. It took half an hour (for a fries!). And in the end we got soft, cold fries with a fat load of cheese that were inedible. Definitely not recommendable!

The food was really inedible: - Burger meat was tough as rubber and tasted as if it had just been thawed on the grill, pieces of gristle in between, vegetables no longer fresh - Onion rings only tasted like old fat - French fries completely cold because it took an hour and a half to eat - Cola Zero that was paid for was completely forgotten Really unworthy. I've never been so disappointed. If it had only been cold, it could have been pushed to Lieferando, but it wasn't like that, the worst burger experience in Mainz so far!

The best citizens of the city at unbeatable prices. With the 4 given burgers there is something for everyone. And if you want something special, you assemble your own citizens. We would love to come back.

I have now felt every burger shop from Mainz and this is still the best! Value for money is incredible. Burger freshly crunchy just everything you need. Certainly not the best atmosphere, but my God that's why I'm not giving one star less
